About Movember (Men's Health Awareness Month)
Movember began in Melbourne, Australia in 2003, when a group of friends decided to bring the mustache back and raise money for men's health along the way. Participants ("Mo Bros") grow a mustache throughout November to spark conversations about prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's mental health and suicide prevention. The Movember Foundation has since funded over 1,250 men's health projects worldwide.
