About Nobel Prize Ceremony
The Nobel Prize Award Ceremony takes place on December 10th each year in Stockholm, Sweden — the anniversary of the death of Alfred Nobel, who established the prizes in his 1895 will. The Peace Prize is awarded separately in Oslo, Norway. The Nobel Prizes in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, and Economic Sciences are presented by the King of Sweden.
